United Care ABA-Colorado is hiring BT's and RBTs who want more than just a shift. We offer flexible scheduling (in-home now, center-based soon) and competitive pay ($22–$28+ per hour) with bonus potential. You'll join a team that supports growth, mentors clinicians, and fosters clear communication from onboarding to scheduling. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, and collect data while helping clients build communication and daily living skills.
