Visionary Public Transit CFO

Saginaw Transit Authority and Regional Services (STARS) seeks a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and accountability for all financial operations in a mission-driven public agency serving the Saginaw area. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, and grant administration while ensuring compliance with GAAP, GASB, FTA, and MDOT, and you will build a collaborative finance team partnered with the Board and community stakeholders.
