LCRA seeks an experienced leader to shape the future of energy management by directing teams, systems, and technology for safe, reliable transmission operations. You will provide strategic direction across EMS, SubWAN, system modeling, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance to strengthen reliability and manage risk for future growth. You will lead initiatives that align with ERCOT, NERC CIP, and FERC standards while driving budgeting, capacity planning, and asset strategies.
