Position Summary: The primary responsibility is to lead Southwest territory with strategies and implementation of strategies that will grow 1883/Cappuccine sales by acquiring new Distributor and operator accounts, as well as growing existing distributor and operator accounts. In addition, this position requires the ability to work, as requested, in other capacities that will support sales that may include all US regions.
Main Responsibilities: The main duties of your position include but are not limited to: Achieving regional net sales target by delivering both sales growth and financial objectives in your territory: California, Nevada, Arizona, Alaska and Hawaii Working closely with brokers to execute goals Managing regional customers in the territory Identifying target, planning sales presentation, and execution of sales efforts with regional chains and key distributors Driving execution of company sales strategies in both specialty coffee and foodservice Building effective relationships with brokers, customers, and internal partners alike Collaborating with the team to provide relevant field sales insights, segmenting expertise, and best practices to support chain account/key account selling efforts Attending and managing regional trade shows with counterparts
Requirements: Degree in marketing, sales, business development or equivalent At least 4-5 years of experience in a sales position, ideally in the Food & Beverage sector Fluent in English Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, data analysis, and formulas) and in the Microsoft Office Suite are required Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude Ability to work in a multicultural environment Fast learner and a proactive worker with ability to adapt in fluidity Ability to work independently & with a team Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory Make decisions based on ROI with asset and time allocation Interest in the Food & Beverage industry
