Location: United States RemoteTravel - Extensive TravelThe Senior Regional Field Operations Manager owns end-to-end field execution across a large, geographically dispersed U.S. operation. This role ensures safe, compliant, predictable delivery at scale while leading distributed teams, vendors, and operational partners across multiple states and time zones. The role may also assume responsibility for Canadian operations as business needs evolve. Success is defined by stable delivery, strong operator performance and retention, disciplined cost control, regulatory compliance, high client trust, and continuous improvement in quality, safety, and execution efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Canada or other cross-border North American operations. Budget ownership, cost control, forecasting, or P&L exposure. Experience in geospatial, mapping, mobility, telecommunications, utilities, transportation, or other field-intensive domains. Familiarity with U.S. state-level workforce, safety, and operational requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Geography, Surveying, or a related field. Familiarity with GIS tools such as QGIS or similar platforms.
