Provide creative/innovative ideas and solutions through problem-solving efforts, continuousImprovement (Kaizen) projects and in support ofTotal Quality Management techniques Voice concerns and problem areas to Team Leaders, and help solve the problem Maintain a strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, thereby clearly identifying irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency and prescribing corrective measures to improve these processes Report to work station prepared to work at beginning of shift, and the ability to work overtime, as needed. Communicate with Team and Team Leaders to help continuous flow Apply sound problem-solving skills in order to maintain a high standard of quality to our customers Work at different work stations as production needs require, and be able to gain proficiency in all processes in a reasonable amount of time per instructions/training provided
