VP, Portfolio Performance & Value Creation

American Operator seeks a VP of Portfolio Performance to partner with portfolio companies, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and relationship management. You will build a book of ~10 businesses and help hit revenue and earnings targets while fostering healthy cultures and operational excellence. You will work closely with the investment team and company leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner, with frequent travel to portfolio companies and reporting to
