Field Services Technician - East (Fully Remote)

Install and decommission enterprise networking and infrastructure equipment at customer locations. Pull, terminate, and test copper and fiber-optic cabling. Mount wireless access points and validate placement per design documentation. Testing and Documentation: Certify copper and fiber infrastructure using appropriate tools. Capture photos, update rack elevations, and complete daily reports. Travel and Work Environment: Travel extensively across the US, including overnight and after-hours maintenance windows.
