Embroidery Machine Operator

Reports To: Embroidery Manager Job Site: MRG Decorating – Onsite Position Job Details: Full Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours a Week, Monday – Friday Job Overview: As an Embroidery Operator you will be responsible for all aspects of operating multi-head embroidery machinery. The job requires the ability to performing with a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail, while meeting department guidelines in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Responsibilities: ·Daily performance of duties that ensures the most high-quality embroidery standards in accordance with company expectations.·Complete operation of multi-head embroidery machines.·Complete set-up and completion of different types of embroidery jobs.·Machinery operation and order processing with attention to ticketing, hooping, threading, adjustments of thread and bobbin tensions.·Execution of corrections to avoid expensive loss of product.·Follow specific detailed instructions given by the supervisor and/or manager.·Meet daily physical demands of standing for extending periods of time and moving around facility on foot. Mobility and ability to lift, pull, and carrying objects up to 60 lbs. repeatedly during shift.·Accurately operate small components of machinery.·Meet department production expectations.·Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.·Participate in additional maintenance and cleaning of the machines and work area.·Assist in other departments as needed during high volume periods.·Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: ·High School diploma or equivalent.·Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.·Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.·Minimum of 1 year of embroidery experience.·High attention to details.·Strong ability to multitask.·Excellent communication skills and the ability to express issues and pose questions.·Positive attitude and ability to work in a TEAM environment.·Initiative-taking and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.·Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, lift, push, reach and bend the entire shift.·Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

Pay: $18.00 non-exempt hourly \nCompany
