Practice Tek is seeking a CT Revenue Support Lead in the United States to act as the senior SME for chiropractic billing, revenue cycle workflows, and escalations. You will drive billing-knowledge development, guide complex cases, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to improve support quality. You will mentor the team on CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and payer processes while delivering timely, accurate guidance in a fast-paced healthcare-tech environment.
