Instructional Designer III

Job Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the unique needs of logistics operations Create engaging e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and hands-on training experiences using various authoring tools and technologies Collaborate with subject matter experts, operations managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content Implement innovative instructional design methods to create effective and engaging learning experiences Develop performance support tools and job aids to reinforce training and support on-the-job application

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Nice to have) 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a warehouse, logistics or operations environment Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations Knowledge of adult learning theories and their application in a fast-paced work environment Familiarity with microlearning and just-in-time learning methodologies Experience with video production and multimedia content creation Basic understanding of data analytics for training evaluation and improvement Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse learner populations *
