Tax Practice Leader — Path to Ownership (Hybrid)

Valley Tax Advisors in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Tax Manager (CPA or EA) to lead the tax practice. You will manage and review individual, business, estate, and nonprofit returns, and drive planning conversations with clients. You will mentor the preparation team and work closely with the founder on client service, growth, and succession of the practice. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Bethlehem 2–3 days per week.
