Dry cleaners Front Counter Associate

Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist customers at the front counter Accurately tag/log incoming dry cleaning and laundry orders using our POS system Retrieve and hand back finished orders with care and attention to detail Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-counter area Assist with light assembly/packaging of orders when needed

Requirements: Fluent English (spoken and written) – excellent communication is a must Professional appearance and demeanor Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer/point-of-sale experience (will train on our system)Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Weekend availability strongly preferred
