Owning the infrastructure of a cutting-edge agentic AI platform, the fully remote Director of DevOps will manage day-to-day operations, ensure system reliability, and lead incident response while collaborating with a platform team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and operate a production agentic AI platform on AWS, ensuring services are responsive and scalable
Lead release management processes and enforce engineering best practices through automation and infrastructure as code
Collaborate with development teams on deployment changes and participate in agile ceremonies to track progress and priorities
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience at a senior or director level
Deep expertise in AWS, including multi-account management and production SaaS environments
Fluency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python and TypeScript
Experience with structured release management processes and automation practices
