The Role: Onsite in New York, 4 days per week; minimum 6-month engagement Portfolio Coordination: Support oversight of a portfolio of IT programs, helping ensure alignment with objectives, performance targets, and risk management practices. Vendor & Contract Coordination: Support IT vendor governance and contract coordination (SOW review, acceptance criteria, payment triggers, milestone-linked billing, change control tracking), and help maintain ongoing vendor relationships across AWAC's IT ecosystem. Budget & FinOps Tracking: Support IT budget tracking and financial reporting across multiple budget dimensions, and FinOps operating model/KPI reporting. Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for IT leadership, summarizing program performance, vendor status, budget trends, and key metrics to support decision-making. Data Governance & Insights: Help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of program, vendor, and portfolio data to support informed decisions and continuity of ongoing initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, risk, compliance, technology, and vendor teams to ensure programs and vendor engagements are executed within governance frameworks and deliver measurable value. Continuity & Handoff: Maintain continuity of in-flight initiatives, vendor coordination, and budget cycles during the assignment period, with a structured knowledge transfer at the start of the engagement and a transition handoff at the end.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to support complex portfolios and programs. Experience with IT vendor coordination, contract review, and portfolio management tools, data tracking, and reporting. Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a professional presence. Proficient in developing clear presentations and communicating insights to stakeholders. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables independently and through teams. Strong written communication skills, with a proactive approach to refining messaging using modern tools, including chatbots and AI-driven platforms. Ability to work onsite in New York 4 days per week for the duration of the assignment. Availability for a minimum 6-month interim assignment.
