To support advancements in healthcare AI, the full-time Member of Technical Staff in Medical Research will design evaluation frameworks, conduct applied research, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities: Design and own evaluation frameworks for AI systems in healthcare, including benchmarks and validation protocols Conduct research on medical reasoning and evidence-based decision making within clinical workflows Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to analyze performance and improve healthcare-focused AI systems
Required qualifications: Advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare field Deep expertise in clinical practice, healthcare operations, or biomedical research Demonstrated experience conducting medical, clinical, or healthcare research Strong understanding of research design and evidence evaluation processes Experience working in multidisciplinary environments involving research and healthcare stakeholders
