Company Overview: ARI is a luxury menswear brand established in 2001, specializing in high-end leather goods, suede, and fashion rooted in Italian craftsmanship. We are a small e-commerce team seeking a talented designer to elevate our brand’s visual identity across email, digital, and campaign work.
Position Summary: We are hiring a full-time Branding & Graphic Designer to lead our newsletter design, create brand and campaign assets, and support creative direction and photoshoot planning. This is a full-time, in-person role working closely with our Head of E-Commerce, Content Producer, Designer, and Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build email newsletters and campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Create graphic assets including media grids, invitations, campaign visuals, and in-store materials
  • Support photoshoot and creative direction planning, including mood boards, concepts, and shot lists
  • Maintain a consistent, elevated visual identity across all brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate with our Content Producer to turn photo and video content into polished brand assets
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or branding, ideally in fashion or luxury
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator and InDesign a plus
  • Experience designing email campaigns, ideally in Klaviyo
  • A strong eye for typography, layout, and luxury aesthetics
  • Experience creating mood boards and contributing to shoot planning or creative direction
  • An understanding of how to design for ARI’s core customer: established, style-conscious men
  • Experience using AI tools in a design workflow a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a steady flow of deadlines Details
  • Full-time, on-site — schedule split between our New Jersey studio and SoHo, New York store
Salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience
