- What You'll Do as a Commercial Sales Representative:
- Evaluating customer needs and selling company products and services
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial tire and fleet management customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales initiatives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while protecting the Company's financial interests
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations
- Collaborate with Operations, Store Managers, and Service teams to ensure successful implementation of new business
- Achieve or exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Protect the Company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional business relationships
- Delivering tires to customers as needed
- Requires frequent local travel
What We're Looking For:
- Five (5) or more years of outside sales, business development, or commercial account management experience required
- Proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs
