Compensation: Weekly pay, with a first-year average of $70,000–$85,000 .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B).Supervise team performance and provide necessary guidance.
Train and mentor incoming team members on company systems and processes.
Track daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM.Contribute to recruiting, training, and leadership development efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.
Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Passion for relationship-building and community engagement.
