Apply for this role →Role: Senior Scientist, MS&T, focusing on formulation development, process optimization, and technology transfer across the product lifecycle from pre-formulation to commercialization.
Responsibilitiesdesign and develop pharmaceutical dosage forms, including modified- and immediate-release oral solids and powders; write and review PPQ, cleaning, and validation protocols; implement project plans from raw material selection through scale-up; prepare technical reports and collaborate with Analytical Development, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams; troubleshoot formulation and process issues, support regulatory submissions, and mentor junior scientists.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences; 8+ years pharmaceutical development experience with deep knowledge of pharmaceutics, formulation science, process validation, and lifecycle management; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; experience supporting commercial manufacturing.
Preferred:
Master's or Ph. D. in relevant fields.
High Valueexpertise in oral solid dosage forms, process validation, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a GMP environment.
Work setup: standard schedule, no specified travel.
