THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our brewhouse keeps the entire brewing process moving — turning raw ingredients into finished wort that feeds every batch downstream. We're looking for a Brewhouse Brewer to help keep that process precise, efficient, and in spec. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT
- Own the very first step of the brewing process — from raw material intake to finished wort
- Direct ownership of yeast propagation, a critical part of every batch's success

- Learn, understand, and operate all brewhouse piping and equipment
- Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort
- Own yeast propagation from start to finish
- Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping
- Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records every shiftWHAT YOU BRING
Must-haves:
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 55 lbs / moving 165 lbs as needed
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing or manufacturing setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts and prioritize shifting tasksNice-to-haves:
- 2–3 years of experience in a brewing environment

PAY BY SHIFTPay starts at $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr based on experience, with growth up to $34.00/hr through our tiered Brewer Career Matrix — whether you build that experience here or bring it with youalready brewed.
