Required qualifications:
Proven experience in program management, preferably in a scientific or technical field
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline, such as life sciences, biotechnology, or project management
Strong understanding of AmpSeq technologies and their applications
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a project setting
