Director, E‑Commerce Merchandising & Vendor Partnerships

BBQGuys.com is seeking aDirector of E-Commerce Merchandising & Vendor Performance to drive revenue, gross margin, conversion and overall performance across the catalog. You will own vendor relations and partner performance, reporting to the Senior Director, Merchandising. The role oversees Online Merchants, a Jr. Online Merchant, and Vendor Relations; requires strategic, data-driven decision making and strong negotiation to improve vendor economics and partner outcomes.
