What You Bring 10+ years in electrical construction leadership (data center or mission-critical required) Proven success managing large, complex self-perform projects Manage Project size of $50 Million Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills Your Next Opportunity Lead high-impact, mission-critical electrical projects and drive performance across self-perform operations. Own P&L, execution, and delivery while scaling teams and winning complex data center work.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive P&L performance, growth, and profitability
- Lead large-scale data center electrical projects end-to-end
- Partner with PMs, Superintendents, and BD to win and deliver work
- Manage risk, schedule, cost, and quality across all projects
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- Strengthen client relationships and execution strategy
