Position Overview: We are seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and communicating effectively with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities: Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Review and follow up on medical records, medical bills, and itemized statements. Assist attorneys and paralegals with gathering, reviewing, and organizing case evidence. Maintain accurate and complete case files. Help prepare files for demands, settlement, and litigation. Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding case-related documents and information. Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day case management activities. Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications: Previous personal injury paralegal or legal support experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong client-service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
