Machine Operator

Location: Auburn Hills, MI Pay Range: $17.24 to $17.74 Shifts: 1st & 3rdWhat's the Job? Set up, operate, and monitor rubber coating machines to apply rubber compounds to various substrates according to production specifications. Inspect coated products for defects such as bubbles, uneven application, or contamination, and make necessary adjustments. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and lean manufacturing. What's Needed? Machine Operation: Understanding how to start, stop, and adjust rubber coating machines. Quality Control: Inspecting coated products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications. Attention to Detail: Spotting inconsistencies or defects in coated products.
