Graff Auto Campus | Used Car Manager We're looking for a Used Car Manager who can source smart, turn inventory fast, and coach the team around them. You'll run pre-owned acquisition, reconditioning, and merchandising across our Ford and Toyota stores, with the tools and support to do it well. Transparent Pay Competitive compensation of $100,000 to $160,000 per year, paid bi-weekly What You'll Do Acquire inventory through auctions, Facebook, and the service drive Manage an inventory of 150+ used vehicles and keep days' supply within industry standards Oversee reconditioning with the Reconditioning Manager at the Ford and Toyota stores Coordinate vehicle transport through our broker-style transport system Manage wholesale website listings and vehicles entering the wholesale market Conduct appraisals and support used car sales management Own lot merchandising, vehicle identification, and certified pre-owned units Coach and mentor sales consultants on pre-owned product, appraisals, and value What You Bring Proven experience in used car management, inventory acquisition, and appraisal Strong organization for managing large inventories Experience with wholesale websites and vehicle listing platforms Excellent communication and negotiation skills A coaching mindset: you develop people, not just manage tasks Knowledge of certified pre-owned programs preferred Why Graff A collaborative, team-focused leadership group Industry-leading tools and a broker transport system Growth across a five-store group: Graff Ford, Toyota, Kia, and Chevrolet of Chesterton, plus Graff Chevrolet GMC of Michigan City A culture that recognizes results and invests in developing talent Ready to build something?
