Education Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

Certifications: Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification preferred. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) will be considered an advantage.
