Location:
American Products – Strafford, MO Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am Pay: $17.50+$2/hr Shift Differential Join our Paint Line team! Our Parts Handlers play a key role in making sure parts are properly handled as they come off the powder paint line. If you enjoy hands-on work, pay strong attention to detail, and want to grow your manufacturing skills—this may be a great fit!
What You'll Do:
- Hang parts as they come off the line
- Inspect painted parts for runs, sags, or missed areas
- Rotate between stations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- What We're Looking ForEducation:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Ability to read/understand blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Understanding of powder paint processes is a plus (not required)
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and communicate professionally
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Normal vision (close, distance, color, depth)
