We're hiring mechanically inclined, motivated individuals who are eager to learn. No extensive experience required—we provide training.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble fluid-flow equipment for heating, cooling & fire safety systems
- Use hand and power tools to build large units from drawings/diagrams
- Test products to ensure quality standards
- Identify and report issues or defects
- Maintain a safe, clean work area
- Meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using power tools.
- Eager, reliable, and ready to learn
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GEDAbility to read/write English
- Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
