HRIS Senior Manager - Workday

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 + bonus International Pharma Company, Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Location: Parsippany, NJLead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM platform, ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and fostering strong collaboration across HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field required 8+ years of experience in a database/information system management Strong Workday experience Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously Workday Security experience a plus
