Chef / Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and refine recipes for lunch and dinner service. Oversee food preparation and daily kitchen operations. Supervise and coordinate a kitchen team of 11+ employees. Prepare staff schedules to support efficient service. Manage inventory and control food costs. Monitor food quality and ensure consistent standards. Maintain food safety practices and compliance. Oversee kitchen maintenance and organization.

Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in culinary operations. Culinary arts diploma or degree. Experience with kitchen operations.
