Compensation
Base pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour (commensurate with level and experience) Level 1: $18.00–$19.00/hr Level 2: $19.00–$21.00/hr Level 3: $21.00–$23.00/hr $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months Your schedule Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Fri: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM No nights, no rotating shifts, and no required weekends A day in the life You’ll assemble, solder, and wire electronic components into finished products, moving from blueprint to build with precision. You’ll interpret schematics and wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues, test and calibrate units to meet rigorous quality benchmarks, and confirm circuits conform to engineering specifications. What you bring At least 1 year of experience assembling electrical/electronic components Working knowledge of AC/DC electronics Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Strong troubleshooting abilities; comfortable working independently Reliability—ready to begin at 6:00 AM
