Staff PM, AI Agent - Lead Next-Gen Coding Copilot

Hercules is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to own the AI coding agent. Hybrid role based in San Francisco with North America remote options, reporting to Product. You will shape the context, prompts, tools, memory, and eval pipelines to push accuracy and efficiency. You will design system prompts, harness components, and evaluation strategies, collaborating with engineering on implementation and product sense for customers.
