Event and Field Marketing Specialist

LHH is partnering with a growing Phoenix-based public safety client to hire an Events & Field Marketing Specialist. This role will own the planning, execution, and optimization of trade shows, customer events, webinars, and field marketing programs that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The organization is experiencing strong growth and is seeking a highly organized marketing professional who can take ownership of events while helping improve processes and efficiencies across the function. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-directed marketer with experience managing events from concept through completion. This individual should be comfortable balancing logistics, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and post-event reporting while operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience supporting trade shows, customer events, webinars, and field marketing initiatives is highly preferred. This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity based in Phoenix, Arizona, requiring approximately 40% travel throughout the year to support trade shows and customer events nationwide. Compensation ranges from $80,000-$87,000 depending on experience.
