Key responsibilities:
Manage tax review, planning, and consulting for closely-held pass-through entities
Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and Tax Director of Operations to enhance client services
Mentor and develop team members while contributing to the strategic vision of the firm
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with an active CPA designation or EA license (JD/LLM with relevant experience also accepted)
Over 5 years of tax experience in public accounting, focusing on complex business entities
Proven expertise in tax advisory, planning, and consulting
Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to client communication and team development
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
