Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Investment

The role: A hybrid seat spanning investing and capital formation. You will underwrite and execute data center transactions while playing a direct role in raising the capital behind them, working with both the investment team and the firm’s global investor base.

What you’ll do: Underwrite and execute data center and digital infrastructure investments: development, stabilised assets, platform transactions and structured deals. Build and own the financial models — development, lease-up, stabilisation, exit — with the sensitivities that support them. Run diligence across power, site, construction, tenant credit and commercial terms, coordinating advisors and internal specialists. Prepare Investment Committee materials and present recommendations. Support fundraising for the strategy: investor materials, data room preparation, diligence responses, and direct participation in LP and consultant meetings. Work with the capital formation team on positioning, market sizing and performance reporting across the fund series. Manage portfolio assets post-close, including asset-level performance, financing and value creation.

What we’re looking for: 5–8 years in digital infrastructure investing, infrastructure private equity, real assets, or investment banking covering digital infrastructure. Strong modelling: you have built development and platform models from scratch and can defend every assumption. Data center fluency: powered land, lease structures, $/kW economics, hyperscale tenant credit, development and energisation timelines. Comfort in front of investors as well as in diligence — this role needs someone credible in both rooms. Clear written and verbal communication, and the judgement to distil a complex transaction into a recommendation.

Nice to have: fundraising or IR exposure, experience across both equity and credit structures, and international transaction experience.
