Job Description:
CNC Lathe Operator - 1st Shift and 2nd ShiftsCNC Lathe Machinist positionsWORK SCHEDULE:1st Shift Hours - Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm 2nd Shift Hours - Monday - Thursday 3:15- 1:45 am, $1.50 shift differential Typical work week is 40-45 hours a week. Friday is overtime, may be required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED / PREFERREDKnowledge of CNC programming, editing, trouble shooting and problem solving. Daily team communication and collaboration Attention to detail with the ability to focus on safety, productivity and most importantly quality. Aptitude test during interview. OTHER REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCESRequires a strong, related work history. Can work well independently and in team settings. Observes safety procedures by using equipment properly. Dependable attendanceEDUCATION / TRAINING REQUIRED1 - 3 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Lathes.
