Interim Nurse Manager – Cardiac Cath Lab

Weekly Gross Pay: $4,573/week Weekly Taxable: $2,977 Weekly Stipend: $1,596

Hourly Taxable Rate: $74.43

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Cardiac Cath Lab to lead operations for a high-volume cardiovascular program at a major medical center. This leadership opportunity focuses on cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology services, staff development, quality improvement, and operational growth. The program currently includes 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs, with planned expansion to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs.

Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization or Electrophysiology Lab. At least 2 years of leadership experience. Experience in complex medical centers or teaching institutions preferred. Experience leading Cath Labs and/or structural heart programs. Experience managing high-volume cardiovascular operations with 4–5+ labs.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree. Licensure & Certification: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS certification required. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced cardiovascular nursing leader seeking a high-volume, advanced Cath/EP environment.
