Oversee stakeholder training and support, developing materials and troubleshooting technical issues Required qualifications 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in employee management
In-depth technical knowledge of Share Point, including web parts and permissions
Experience with email analytics solutions, preferably Polite Mail
2+ years of training experience and a customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with HTML and Microsoft Office 365 products
