Principal ML/AI Engineer

What you’ll be doing: 👇🔹 Design and build production-grade ML solutions🔹 Shape the AI/ML platform and architecture🔹 Establish best practice across MLOps, deployment, monitoring and retraining🔹 Own the end-to-end model lifecycle🔹 Build monitoring around performance, drift and bias🔹 Champion Responsible AI, governance and model risk🔹 Work closely with Data, Platform, Architecture, Security and business teams🔹 Create reusable frameworks, reference implementations and technical standards🔹 Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews🔹 Evaluate emerging AI technologies and turn them into practical solutions What were looking for: Someone with strong hands-on experience across:🐍 Python & SQL🤖 Machine Learning / modern ML frameworks⚙️ MLOps & production ML📊 Statistics & ML techniques🧠 Responsible AI☁️ AI/ML platforms & model lifecycle management You’ll also need to be comfortable operating at Principal level - influencing architecture, challenging existing approaches, communicating with senior stakeholders and raising the engineering bar around you.
