You will lead audit and assurance engagements for privately held businesses in manufacturing, automotive, distribution, real estate and construction, healthcare and professional services. Plan, supervise and complete multiple audit engagements simultaneouslyMonitor budgets and workflow to deliver on tight deadlinesReview workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and complianceUnderstand client operations and identify opportunities to add valueLead, mentor and develop audit seniors and staffImprove audit processes and support partners in expanding client relationships 4-6+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience, currently at the manager levelCPA license requiredExperience leading engagements in one or more private company industriesStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standardsExceptional communication, leadership and client service skills
