The Role:
This isn't just torch work. As a Brazer, you'll be trained to join and assemble copper and metal components with precision. Your work is critical to ensuring strength, quality, and performance in every coil we produce.
What You'll Do:
- Braze copper components using proper techniques
- Set up and maintain brazing equipment
- Inspect joints to ensure strength, quality, and leak-free performance
- Read work instructions and follow production specifications
- Handle materials safely and efficiently
- Work as part of the production team to meet daily output goals
- Work Schedule & Expectations
- This role supports our night shift operation.
- Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AMOvertime is common as we continue expanding this area of the business.
