Senior Utility Distribution Design Engineer

The Will Group in Wheaton, IL seeks a Senior Design Engineer – Electrical Distribution to lead overhead and underground distribution projects for major utility clients. You will perform load flow, voltage drop, short circuit, and protection coordination analyses and act as a technical lead for client engagements. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in utility engineering, a PE license or the ability to obtain it, and strong communication skills to mentor staff and drive project success.
