Marine Powertrain Mechanical Engineer — Electrification

Arc Boat Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to own the design and integration of complex electromechanical systems across the vehicle lifecycle. You’ll work across mechanical, electrical, thermal, and manufacturing domains from concept through production. You will drive requirements, CAD design, hands-on prototyping, analysis (FEA, modeling), validation, and production support in a fast-moving environment with occasional travel to test and suppliers.
