Senior Product, Test & Yield Engineer — AI Wafer-Scale

Cerebras Systems seeks a senior VLSI product and test engineer to drive test strategy for wafer-scale AI processors in Taiwan. You will handle ATE test development, yield improvement, and fault isolation across cores, tiles and interconnects. The role requires 10+ years in semiconductor testing, strong collaboration with DFT, architecture, and manufacturing teams; travel will be up to 50% within Taiwan. Based in Taiwan, you will advance high-volume production test initiatives.
