Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for Real Estate Agents in New York City or New Jersey, with work-from-home flexibility. We also have an office in Florida. At R New York, agents keep 100% of their commission, with minimal transaction fees and no commission splits. Agents receive direct mentorship, access to leads through team partnerships, and executive-level support, while maintaining the independence to build and run their business their way. Responsibilities may include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, developing client relationships, and negotiating transactions. At R New York, agents are backed by one of NYC’s leading brokerages and a business model designed to help them build their business and maximize their earning potential.
Qualifications:
New York or New Jersey Real Estate License Real Estate and Real Property knowledge Customer Service and Sales skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using real estate technology and marketing tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in the NYC / NJ real estate market is a plus
