In-House Senior Counsel

Key responsibilities: Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex global partner and indirect distribution agreements Negotiate consulting services agreements and subcontracts with systems integrators and service provider partners Advise leadership on deal structure, negotiation strategy, legal risk, and commercial solutionsRequired qualificationsStrong academic credentials and membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar 6+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally with a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience at a technology company Substantial experience in supporting technology partnerships and channel transactions Strong understanding of self-managed software and SaaS commercial models Excellent judgment and business orientation with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical advice
