Internal Medicine Physician

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, comprehensive outpatient medical care primarily to adult patients. Manage a daily schedule of approximately patients, utilizing an overbook system to account for no-shows. Conduct 30-minute appointments for full/new patient visits and 15-minute appointments for routine follow-ups. Work a standard 40-hour work week, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. Commit to one late-night shift per week until approximately 7:30 PM, with a shifted, later start time for that day. Incorporate women's health, HIV care, or addiction medicine based on provider interest.

Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine. Active and unrestricted Connecticut (CT) medical license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with a diverse patient base.
