Strategic Land Acquisition Lead

Taylor Morrison Inc. is seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Manager to identify and evaluate land for development in support of our growth initiatives. You will lead due diligence, negotiate contracts and work with finance to model proformas that support strategic acquisitions. Based in Florida, you will collaborate with engineers, planners, and legal partners to secure favorable terms, ensure on-time project openings, and contribute to the division's leadership team.
